Stories of Tanggramer 13.0: Be the roots that reach deep, the branches that connect, the fruits that feed

As the name implies, Stories of Tanggramer is our special edition to tell stories of Tanggram’s customers, merchants, and employees all across Australia after they joined Tanggram.
Today the story is about a tree, straight trunk, tough root, and dense branches.
The tree is named Tanggram.
Once I asked why we all love to be part of Tanggram, it’s marvelous to hear all sorts of answers. I admire the charisma is in Tanggram.
“I’m in the marketing team, it’s a challenging job at a company that is at a rapidly growing stage. But the team allows us all to learn, to adapt to our roles and grow with the team.
We make mistakes and learn from mistakes. We keep on improving ourselves in learning new skills, so we can be well prepared for any possible changes or obstacles thrown at us on the journey towards our goals. And this is exactly what I love about working here.” said James, our marketing coordinator.
“I guess my experience at Tanggram was pretty unique. I started my intern last year during the pandemic, the lockdowns made my weeks different. The restriction applied even before I got a chance to know everyone from the team. But I felt no estrangement. Everyone in the company was welcoming you to learn, they were not shy of telling you that you are not on track.” It’s from Hue.
“I just love the family of creating something that gives everyone a chance to improve the quality of their lives where those chances were normally just for a small group of people.” this is from Derek, who we called “tycoon”, absolutely playing the magic behind the scenes.
“I love working here as no two weeks are the same, I can always challenge myself with other tasks besides my routine work.” I would like to honor our HR Erica being the most intellectual from choosing us.
“I enjoy working at Tanggram because we have free snacks and beers all the time.”
Well, we got people who are telling the truth.
“The team is united with passion and I felt I belong to this big family. I think company culture is really important and this is what I valued at Tanggram, as we can share our different ideas and thoughts and keep open-minded.” This is what I valued as well, one log cannot prop up a tottering building, teamwork is our strength of moving forward.
We are the branches, reaching out to all our users, merchants, delivering the fruits that feed.
The faith is rooted, small dreams will come into big wealth. The branches are connected, at Tanggram, we disperse the leaves. And the fruits, are bounded to be a foison.
This is how we made Tanggram a tree. Because we loved.
