These T-Rewards Membership Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the T-Rewards membership program ("Membership"), including subscription, billing, benefits, and usage. By enrolling in T-Rewards, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Membership Overview
T-Rewards Membership provides exclusive benefits such as discounts, cashback, early access to promotions, and other perks ("Benefits"). Tanggram reserves the right to modify, add, or remove Benefits at any time without prior notice.
2. Enrolment & Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Tanggram account to join.
• Membership may require a paid subscription (monthly/annual) or be offered as a complimentary tier based on eligibility.
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and payment details.
3. Subscription & Billing
Paid Membership Tiers
• Recurring Payments: By subscribing, you authorise automatic charges to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
• Billing Cycle: Monthly or annual, depending on your selected plan.
• Price Changes: Tanggram may adjust Membership fees with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
• Failed Payments: If payment fails, Tanggram may suspend Benefits until payment is resolved.
Free or Promotional Memberships
• Some tiers may be free or offered as limited-time trials. Tanggram may convert them to paid subscriptions after the trial ends (with prior notice).
• Auto-Renewal: Your Membership will renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
• How to Cancel: You may cancel anytime via your Tanggram account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• You may contact Customer Support to request cancellation of your Membership or apply for a refund, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.
• Nothing in this Membership Terms or this section is intended to limit your rights as a consumer, including your entitlement to a refund or other applicable remedies, under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Membership Benefits
• Benefits are personal, non-transferable, and may vary by tier.
• Tanggram may impose usage limits (e.g., maximum cashback per month).
• Fraud Prevention: If Benefits are abused (e.g., fake transactions, resale), Tanggram may revoke access without refund.
6. Termination by Tanggram
Tanggram may suspend or terminate your Membership for:
• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraud or misuse
• Inactivity (extended non-use of Benefits)
7. General Terms
• These T-Rewards membership Terms & Conditions are subject to and incorporate by reference Tanggram's Promotion T&C, Rewards T&C and Terms & conditions.
• Tanggram may update these Terms. Continued Membership means acceptance of changes.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010(Cth).
