Stories of Tanggramer 2.0: When Melbourne Meets Halloween
By Tanggram
As the name implies, Stories of Tanggramer is our special edition to tell stories of Tanggram’s customers and merchants all across Australia after they joined Tanggram.
Today the story is about Annie.
“It was a quite special Halloween with Tanggram this year.” she said.
Annie lives in Melbourne. As a Taurus, she loves food, loves drinking and loves living every day to the fullest. Annie told us that she had used Tanggram Group Buy to order food from various restaurants since the lockdown in Melbourne.
“It is no exaggeration to say that Tanggram stood by me through rough times during the lockdown.”
Annie smiled at me and took a sip of her coffee which was just picked up from Billy’s Central.
“I love Tanggram as it reminds me of the happy times when we can go out for lunches and dinners. And it was one of the most exciting things for me, you know, to check out what deals were on Tanggram every week.” Annie said.
“The first time I used Tanggram was ordering Laantaan Bakery, you know, I’m a food lover and explorer. I remembered that their buttermilk buns were so popular and always sold out really fast on INS. But I found Tanggram managed to offer special deals every Wednesday with exclusive flavors as well. It was quite impressive. Actually, at the beginning, I misunderstood it as a food delivery app, but then I realized it could do way more than that.”
“I am brought to capture the flavor of Melbourne life again.”
It was Halloween and also the first Saturday people in Melbourne got back to a normal life. “I went out to get my pre-ordered coffee on Tanggram. But I was surprised to see the colorful outdoor dining tables were all set up along the yarra river and alleyways in the city.” Annie said. People were chatting happily with their friends and family. The long-lost spirit of Melbourne — lively, boisterous, and spontaneous freedom has woken up.
“It’s always exciting to see there are so many surprises waiting for me and beyond my imagination.”
The warm sunshine sprinkled on Annie’s face, shining and enjoyable. Annie pointed at her Halloween hat and said, “Oh yes, thanks to Tanggram, I got this coffee for only $2 and also got extra Halloween gifts. But more importantly, I got the chance to feel Melbourne’s beating heart again because of Tanggram.”
They said no need for Halloween as 2020 is already scary enough. But Annie said “Life is full of joy if we enjoy every moment and cherish every merit in our life. It is Melbourne that we are living in, a city full of beautiful love and free souls.”
