Stories of Tanggramer 12.0: Success is a worn-down pencil

As the name implies, Stories of Tanggramer is our special edition to tell stories of Tanggram’s customers, merchants, and employees all across Australia after they joined Tanggram.
Today the story of Hue carries on, we talked more about what we started from during the past year.
“Last year was pretty different. Tanggram was released soon after the pandemic began. I wouldn’t say it was a perfect time but it turned out that our team was dedicated enough to devote efforts to propagandize and improve the app .”
“That was the time I joined Tanggram. The pandemic couldn’t limit our ambition to bring wealth to our users in a simpler way. That’s why we came up with the function of group buy.”
“The lockdowns persecuted many people. Under restrictions, many entertainers, especially shopping. We want to deliver our users the same experience just as there were no restrictions. As well as delivering the idea of “invest while you shop”, this is what we want our users to do.”
“At Tanggram, we think from many perspectives. On the behalf of our users, we think about how they can invest their money easily and safely, and the best experience we can provide to motivate our users to build wealth through daily shopping. On the behalf of merchants, we think about how they can make more sales through Tanggram, and how they can get connected to customers online. And as for ourselves, we balance the benefits for both users and merchants, creating a healthy ecosystem that attracts more people.”
“We started the group buy from a blank page. I was inexperienced at the time. Sometimes I was fogging and paralyzed. But luckily I was in a supportive team. At Tanggram people understand the circumstances that you are in and give you a hand when you need it most.”
“As a team, we discussed, developed, collected the feedback and improved ourselves. Not only within the marketing team, but you can get help from everyone. My colleagues are willing to give opinions on how we were doing and make suggestions. As I mentioned before, our business alignment is strong and collaborative.”
I couldn’t agree more. When we look back on the past year, we are always amazed by what we have achieved. From 0 to thousands of users, our team is behind every little move. Marketing campaigns, global competition, offline events. I guess what we have achieved would make us go further.
Just like finishing an artwork, from scratch to paint, every step motivates, and I believe Tanggram would be the colorful piece.
